Weymouth English Centre is a small and friendly summer school in Weymouth, on the south-west coast of England. Classes are held at Weymouth College. The teaching facilities are excellent with, among other things, interactive whiteboards and a learning centre with 130 student computers. The campus also has good sports facilities including an indoor sports centre and a football field. Our 'English & Activities' courses include a full programme of activities in the afternoons, evenings and a full day trip on Saturdays. Students can choose from a variety of sports, cultural events, excursions and other activities. Our 'English & Sailing' course has English lessons on weekday mornings and sailing lessons on Tuesday to Friday afternoons. There is also a programme of activities in the evenings and a full day trip on Saturdays. The sailing courses takes place at the same venue as the sailing events of the 2012 Olympics. Students receive a Royal Yachting Association Certificate at the end of the course. Our 'English & Windsurfing' course has English lessons on weekday mornings and windsurfing lessons on Tuesday to Friday afternoons. There is also a programme of activities in the evenings and a full day trip on Saturdays. The windsurfing courses takes place at the same venue as the sailing events of the 2012 Olympics. Students receive a Royal Yachting Association Certificate at the end of the course. Our 'English & Outdoor Adventure' course has English lessons on weekday mornings and outdoor adventure activities on Tuesday to Friday afternoons. There is also a programme of activities in the evenings and a full day trip on Saturdays. The outdoor adventure activities include windsurfing, mountain biking, climbing, paddle-boarding and kayaking.
