English UK staff are climbing the three highest Yorkshire peaks to fundraise for the Eddie Byers Fund. The team will set off at dawn to climb 1585m and cover 24 miles (38.6km) in just 12 hours.

We asked George Pickering, the academic director of the DELTM, to give us some information about it and why managers might want to consider it as a learning option.
