From Thursday 22 February 2024, nationals of the following countries need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before travelling to the UK:

English UK's public affairs team has been campaigning for several months on the risk posed to the sector if Labour's policy to impose VAT on private school fees affected language centres.  

The third and most ambitious Partnered Remote Language Improvement Project (PRELIM) has been running for almost a year and the materials and resources created are being trialled in 25 countries.
