Description of centre
St Edmund's College is England's oldest Catholic college. It is an independent, co-educational boarding and day school for students aged 3-18 and has a fine reputation for welcoming international scholars. It is situated in more than 400 acres of parkland halfway between London and Cambridge. International students are accepted as full boarders from age 11 who all follow a full curriculum and are prepared for entry to UK universities alongside their British classmates. It is a centre for Cambridge International and Cambridge ESOL examinations. St Edmund's runs its own summer school accommodating 180 students aged 10-17 offering a wide range of educational courses, visits and activities and preparation for IELTS and Trinity exams at B1 - C2 levels. The summer school is an ideal preparation for entry to UK boarding schools.
