Description of centre

English in Margate is a small, friendly English language school for adults (minimum age 18) in a seaside town on the south-east coast of England.

We are open year-round and offer a range of high quality courses designed to meet the needs of adult learners, whether they are learning for their job, for travel or for pleasure.

We have our own cellar club with licensed bar, free internet cafe and WiFi access and satellite TV (also open evenings) as well as multimedia self-study centre.

Our range of accommodation includes Homestay, Executive Homestay as well as high-quality self-catering residences next to the school.

There is a weekly programme of trips to places such as Canterbury, Sandwich, London, Cambridge, Dover Castle, Leeds Castle, Rochester and more.
