QUIC, our Quarterly Intelligence Cohort, is the ELT industry's most detailed and timely student statistics scheme.
Sign up for the 2025 QUIC cohort to boost your student recruitment and evaluate your language centre's performance with robust, quarterly market reports produced by professional analysts at our insight partner Bonard.
QUIC provides participating member centres with exclusive market data four times a year. Centres who take part receive in-depth analysis to help them identify new market opportunities, plan business development strategies and benchmark their centre's performance. All data is released within eight weeks of each quarter's end.

With more than 50% of members' total student weeks represented in the cohort, QUIC presents a true picture of what's happening in UK ELT.
All English UK members receive an executive summary, but only those participating in QUIC receive the full detailed analysis, report and data sets.

How to join the QUIC cohort?
New participants can sign up each year. The 2025 deadline is 31 March 2025.
The first set of quarterly data is due in April.
English UK member centres join the QUIC cohort on an annual rolling basis. Renewal is automatic.

Is there a cost to join QUIC?
There is a small annual fee to cover the cost of the analysis of data and the production of the reports and data sets. The QUIC scheme is run on a cost-recovery basis.

2024 QUIC fees for groups:
- £275 + VAT for the first language centre
- £55 + VAT for each additional centre
- Group QUIC subscription fees are capped at £495 + VAT per group.
Example: a group with three centres will pay: £275 + (2 x £55) = £385 + VAT.

What data is needed?
Members must provide student week data split by:
- source market
- age group
- course type
- group vs individual bookings
- agent vs direct bookings
