Young Learners English UK Conference & AGM

Friday 7 March
Huan Japes, Roz McGill and Maisie Green will be at this conference organised by Young Learners English UK (YLEUK ), a special interest group for English UK members who provide quality English language courses for students aged 7-17 years. Roz will present insights from English UK 's QUIC statistics scheme from a Young Learner market perspective.

At this conference covering the hottest topics in international education, Jodie Gray will host an Expert Community: Global Language Schools session. She will lead an insightful discussion on the emerging trends, challenges and opportunities in ELT. The expert speakers joining her are English UK members Leanne Linacre, Jane Dancaster, Andrew Mangion, Niel Pama and Neil Harvey.

Agent-facing activity in Brazil & ST Alphe Brazil
Sao Paulo, Brazil
Wednesday 12 – Friday 14 March
English UK is joining forces with the British Consulate in Sao Paulo, BELTA and the Department for Business and Trade to host an event for agents in Brazil. Roz McGill will deliver a training seminar for Brazilian agents. This will be followed by the launch of Brazil's largest publication focused on international education, EI! Magazine. The magazine is published annually by BELTA and the 2025 edition will feature the United Kingdom as its 'feature' country.
Roz will also attend ST Alphe Brazil.

YEDAB's International Education Summit & Workshop

Thursday 20 – Saturday 22 March
Naadiya Rawat will attend YEDAB's networking event, which will bring together members of the Turkish agent association YEDAB, international education representatives, and service providers.

2025 IATEFL Annual Conference and Exhibition

Tuesday 8 - Friday 11 April
The IATEFL Conference is a four-day event that includes academic sessions, updates on the latest news in the world of English language teaching, and a social programme of evening events. Huan Japes and Eleanor Thomas will attend on behalf of English UK.

ST Alphe Secondary Focus London 2025

Thursday 24 - Saturday 26 April
English UK is exhibiting and promoting English UK members and UK ELT to agents mainly from Europe, but some from Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East also attend. We will be on table Q9 on the upper floor. Drop by the table or schedule a meeting with Roz McGill.
Roz will also be at the ST Secondary School awards held on the evening of 25 April.
