Are you an international student in the UK? Do you have a talent for photography?

Education UK is the British Council's website for students worldwide who want to study in the UK. The website receives over 2.2 million visitors each year. On the site, students can search for UK courses and scholarships, and find out all about UK student life.

As part of the GREAT campaign, Education UK are looking for photographs to show students worldwide what UK student life has to offer. This is your chance to send a 'postcard' to the world!

The closing date for the competition is 28 February 2014, so get your camera ready!

Show off your talents

We will publish selected photographs on the Education UK website plus other British Council digital channels and publications. Photos may also be published on Visit Britain and GREAT publications and digital channels.

Out of these selected photographs, the winning entries will then be chosen. The judging panel includes representatives from the 10 Downing Street GREAT team, Visit Britain and the British Council.

About the prize

Ten lucky winners will each receive £250 worth of vouchers, and 20 runners-up will each win £25 worth of vouchers to spend on the Visit Britain online shop.

If you are in the UK, you may want to spend these vouchers on a trip to one of the UK's top tourist attractions, train or travel tickets, hotel accommodation or perhaps tickets to a show or concert.

Alternatively, if you have left the UK by the time you come to use your vouchers, you could spend them on souvenirs and merchandise – the Visit Britain shop delivers to many countries worldwide.
