Intellect Consulting Educational Agency was officially registered in April 1996. The main reason why the agency was founded was to help Kazakhstani students get education abroad. In 1999 Intellect language school was opened where students can prepare for international exams, such as IELTS, FCE, TOEFL, SAT, GMAT and GRE. Intellect has been a full member of organisations such as FIYTO (Federation of International Youth Travel Organizations) and ALTO (Association of Language Travel Organizations) since 2002. We regularly arrange seminars and presentations featuring various educational options in countries around the world. Intellect organised the first ever international educational fair in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, KEIF, in 2003 and from that on we have been organising it every year as "International Educational Forum". Since 2008 we have run the new project "Intellect Student Journal", a magazine in Kazakhstan fully devoted to education abroad. Intellect celebrated its 15th anniversary in April 2011. For 14 years hundreds of our students have received education at well known universities and schools; they have learnt foreign languages an they have begun excellent careers and succeeded in their lives. In order to have up-to-date and detailed information and to increase the number of our partners, our staff participates in international workshops and conferences around the world.

Консультационно – Образовательное Агентство «Интеллект» было официально зарегистрировано в апреле 1996 года. Основная цель создания – помощь казахстанским гражданам в получении образования за рубежом. В 1999 году при Агентстве была открыта языковая школа «Интеллект», преподаватели которой специализируются на подготовке студентов к сдаче международных экзаменов. С 2002 года «Интеллект» является членом таких авторитетных организаций, как FIYTO и ALTO. Агентство постоянно находится в развитии и в поисках новых маркетинговых инструментов по привлечению потенциальных студентов. Так в 2008 году Агентство в сотрудничестве с "Intellect Media House" начинает выпускать первый в истории Казахстана журнал "Intellect Student Journal" (ISJ),посвященный вопросам обучения за рубежом. Главная задача нашей работы – расширение сферы образовательных услуг для граждан Казахстана, помочь взрослым и детям интегрироваться в мировую систему экономики, культуры, науки, образования. Агентство «Интеллект» имеет прямые агентские соглашения с лингвистическими центрами, колледжами, университетами и является представителем этих организаций на территории Республики Казахстан.
