What is ASEPROCE?

Founded in 1987, ASEPROCE is the Spanish agency association. It has 70 members and represents around 70% of the market share in Spain. Its objective is to promote the quality and professionalism of companies in the sector and defend students' interests. 

All ASEPROCE member agencies are externally audited and granted a quality seal.

Why Spain?

What do our 2023 annual statistics tell us about the Spanish market?

• It showed steady growth (+26% compared to 2022), particularly in the junior segment.
• It ranked the third largest source market overall, with 74,501 student weeks and 39,707 students.
• In 2023, south and southeast England was the most popular UK region for Spanish students. But, with the exception of London, Spain was still a top-five source market for all the other UK regions.
• It had a higher-than-average recovery rate for our private sector members, recovering 78% of its 2019 pre-pandemic volume.
