English UK Professional Services have been busy this week with booking forms and enquiries about our Teachers' Conference, due to take place on November 12.

With the launch of our new online briefing course, agencies from around the world will now have the chance to sign to the Partner Agency scheme. This scheme has been created to recognise study abroad agencies and educational consultancies that are successfully promoting the UK as an English language teaching destination.

The British Council are asking for expressions of interest from language centres in the UK to provide English language courses in the UK for state schools teachers of English. Proposals are to be submitted by Friday 21 October.
