Our Annual Conference and AGM is now fast approaching, and I look forward to seeing as many as possible of you there, so I will save my updates until then... who knows, we may even have clarity on Brexit? We will certainly be having a lively discussion on the brave new world that may face us in our panel session.
My session will include updates on our mission "To lead the ELT industry to success, though innovation and intelligence". I will also highlight achievements so far as well as plans into 2020.
We will be announcing the names of the new English UK Board of Trustees members at the AGM, so if you have not yet voted I encourage you to do so. The deadline is Friday 10 May. We have sent out all the information you need to make your decision, including a short video from each candidate. This is your Board, and you entrust those you elect with the responsibility to oversee and direct the future strategy of your association, so don't delay, vote today (requires your member login)!
