Roz McGill, Market Development & Insights Manager

Part of our projects team, Roz is primarily responsible for developing and delivering English UK's market development and market intelligence projects, including our industry-leading quarterly student statistics scheme QUIC. She is well travelled, and has visited 20+ countries worldwide on behalf of English UK, spearheading overseas stakeholder relationship-building, activities and events.

Roz joined Arels, one of English UK's predecessor organisations, in 2003. She spent several years as our membership manager, so is a familiar face with members and agents alike.

Before joining Arels, Roz volunteered for a year at a secondary school in the Gambia, worked as an ELT language assistant in Japan and, after gaining her Cert TESOL with inlingua Cheltenham, taught in language schools in Russia and the UK. Roz has a bachelor's degree in geography and development studies from the University of Exeter. She is also a qualified AgilePM practitioner.
