Naadiya Rawat, Compliance Manager

Naadiya is responsible for the management of all things compliance including immigration and visas, GDPR, safeguarding, and accreditation. Working alongside her colleagues in the membership team on member strategy and recruitment, she provides members with compliance support and liaises with UK Visas & Immigration on their behalf. Naadiya also works alongside the membership director and external relations manager on public affairs initiatives and strategies.

Naadiya has 15+ years' experience in the ELT sector and is well known to members.

She studied in the UK as an international student and holds a bachelor's degree in human geography and human resource management from Keele University and a masters in tourism, environment and development from King's College London. From Mauritius, Naadiya is bilingual in English and French.
