Alice is responsible for the management of membership services and member recruitment, and the strategic development of member benefits. Working alongside her colleagues in the membership team and with the finance manager, Alice has responsibility for the administration of membership subscriptions and member centres annual student data submissions.
Alice has 13+ years' experience in the ELT sector and is well known to members. Before joining English UK, she worked for Kaplan International Colleges as an accommodation and welfare manager. She first moved to the UK after studying on an English language course in London. Alice has a degree in languages and linguistics, English, French and Philology, and a masters in American, European postcolonial languages and literature both from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia. From Venice in Italy, Alice is trilingual and speaks English, Italian and French.
