Calculating holiday pay 

In the wake of the recent Harpur Trust Ruling by the Supreme Court our consultants Croner have shared some helpful Q&As for members on calculating holiday pay (member login required).

Please note in particular that all staff on zero hours contracts are entitled to 5.6 weeks of holiday pay based on the average weekly pay for those weeks that they worked only.
