The idea of dividing up your market into identifiable customer groups with distinct needs is critical to great strategic marketing, but how you did this in the past may no longer be fit for purpose.
As markets re-open erratically and future pipelines remain at best uncertain, we're going back to first principles to make sure you're connecting to that part of the market you consider to be yours and any alternative segments we can come up with.
Participants will revisit some old-school, pre-digital marketing theories, work collaboratively to see how these theories apply in a volatile, digital and unpredictable world before working in small groups or alone (live, online) to identify quick-win actions you'll be able to start applying the very next day.
