Invite your MPs to our Parliamentary meeting
English UK and the Association of Colleges are taking over the first session of the All Party Parliamentary Group for International Students in the new Parliament.
That means any MP who wants to know more about UK ELT or FE is welcome at the meeting, which will be addressed by English UK Chief Executive Sarah Cooper and members of the English UK Board.
Why not encourage your MP to attend the meeting to find out more? All MPs are welcome and will receive a formal invitation, but it will help if you remind yours about the event – especially if they are new to Parliament.
When? 10am on Wednesday 8 January
Where? Attlee Room in the House of Lords
Evidence will be given by four representatives from each sector. The UK ELT sector will be represented by Steve Phillips, chair of the Board of Trustees, and board members Jane Dancaster and Spencer Fordham as well as CEO Sarah Cooper.
