English UK is delighted to have been voted the best school association for a fifth (and final) time by industry insiders.
We won the Study Travel Magazine Star Awards category for a fifth time two weeks ago, making us a Star Awards Superstar and also ruling us out of nominations in the future. The giant glass SuperStar award and the 2013 Star award will now join those we won in 2007, 2010, 2011 and 2012 in the stairwell at our London offices.
"We're delighted that English UK's work has attracted this level of support from the rest of the industry, and that we've done this consistently over a number of years," said Annie Wright, English UK's deputy chief executive who collected the award with international staff Jodie Gray and Roz Rozidor.
She added: "We've worked for what we believe is important: a quality experience for students whether they're using one of our Partner Agencies or a member centre, promoting accreditation, raising standards through excellent training, and ensuring that governments really understand the needs and importance of the industry."
This year the other nominees in the school association category were English Australia, Ialc, International House World Organisation, Quality English, and Languages Canada.
